If you permit Double Check Home Inspections, LLC to inspect your home, I guarantee that you will get our best effort. Give us 5% of your confidence and we will earn the rest.
This, I promise you.
We provide or arrange all of the following inspections:
Double Check Home Inspections is proud to serve New Jersey’s and Eastern Pennsylvania’s Real Estate Inspection needs. Your NJ and PA Home Inspector !!
Whether you’re buying or selling a home, we welcome your presence at your home inspection so that you can be directly involved—giving you the chance to ask questions on the spot so that we can make sure you understand the entire home as thoroughly as possible.
We’re no strangers to busy schedules, and it’s not in our interest to force you into a time slot that you can’t manage without experiencing unnecessary stress—that’s why we offer appointments Monday – Saturday for your convenience.
There’s a tendency within all of us to come up with questions that we wish we’d thought of sooner—but that’s no cause for concern, because at Garden State Home Inspectors, we’ll gladly address your questions over the phone any time before or after a home inspection is completed.
Our inspectors are chosen for their background in home construction or maintenance. All inspectors must successfully complete a rigorous and extensive course to develop and improve their inspection skills. Both field training and classroom instruction are provided. We have the training, experience and professionalism to ensure that you will receive the best home inspection available.
If the inspector identifies problems, it does not mean that you should not buy the house, only that you will know in advance what to expect. A seller may adjust the purchase price or make repairs if major problems are found.
Typically, a home inspector is contacted immediately after the contract or purchase agreement has been signed. Before you sign, be sure there is an inspection clause in the sales contract, making your final purchase obligation contingent on the findings of a professional home inspection. This clause should specify the terms and conditions to which both the buyer and seller are obligated
Double Check Home Inspections is the premier home inspection company in New Jersey. We have been trusted by Allentown, Millstone, New Egypt and Surrounding Communities home buyers to help them make informed buying decisions. We take great pride in every inspection that we perform. When the inspection is over, we will prepare a detailed inspection report regarding the property. You will also receive a complimentary Home Tips Manual with your report.
